Day 1
Self Care Tip: Let's start simple and attainable here and promise ourselves to stay hydrated. Bring a water bottle just for you when you leave the house, and when at home-bring the spa to you! Sure, get fancy and add some cucumbers or lemon to your water-it might just be the most luxurious part of your day. And that's OK.

Nature Place: Looks like some rain in the morning but cloudy in the afternoon. Have you ever been to Strawberry Hill?
Indoor Activity: Try this homemade play dough recipe-my mother was my preschool teacher and back in the day we were the only one's who knew how to make it. One of my favorite childhood memories is the feeling of a fresh batch of warm home-made playdough. If you don't have any cream of tartar, order it on amazon now. You won't be disappointed.
Playdough ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour.
3/4 cup salt.
4 teaspoons cream of tartar.
2 cups lukewarm water.
2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil (coconut oil works too)
Food coloring, optional.
Essential oil, optional.
Glitter, optional.
Quart sized bags or other air tight container
Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan. Add water, veg oil and food coloring. Add essential oils or glitter if using. Stir over low heat until a ball starts to form. Turn off and remove dough from pan and turn onto a floured surface. Let it cool until it is warm but not hot to touch. Have your child knead the dough several times. Store in airtight container. No need to refrigerate.
