Navigating Middle School Drama
Lunch-and-learn series for middle school parents!
Middle School Parents- YOUR CLASSES ARE HERE!! Based on a compilation of research. Rebecca will discuss the brain development of the MS years and how to help our children navigate tricky social situations. Appropriate for parents of children in grades 4-7.
Join Rebecca to discuss all things in the middle school and middle years of parenting( Grades 4-7)! Each week will have a short discussion around the following topics, and then we will save time to discuss and connect on any parenting challenges or questions that are arising within your family. Connect to others with similar questions, concerns, challenges and joys of parenting in the middle years!

6-week monthly lunch (12-1pm PST) the first Wednesday of each month via Zoom
Appropriate for parents of children in grades 4-7. $250 per household - Class Meets Wednesdays, Nov 6, Dec 4, Jan 8, Feb 5, March 5, April 2, 12-1pm PST - REGISTER HERE
Topics include:
Increasing resilience: How to strike a balance between not over parenting, yet remaining an advocate for your child in school, friendships, sports, etc!
Friendships: Empowering your child to navigate friendship drama with confidence!
Screens: How to help your child develop a healthy relationship with technology, texting, online messaging and gaming.
Chores: As your child grows up, their responsibilities should also grow with time. Learn what to expect and how to get past the push back!
Keeping your cool: Believe it or not, the middle years are some of the most important as children learn ways of coping now that they will then use as they enter the teen years.
Family life: Ways to keep a strong sense of family, ritual and connection as they enter the stage where friends mean oh so much!
