Private Consultations

We are pleased to offer private consultations for families who are looking for guidance around specific parenting and child development topics. Consultations are a great option for those parents who are unable to participate in our group classes, as well as a valuable resource for those who have taken workshops with us and are seeking additional, individualized support.

These 1:1 sessions can take place in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom/Skype/Facetime-making them a great option for parents living outside of the Bay Area. Please contact us for more information and to schedule your private consultation!

Zoom - Private Consultation Options:
Virtual Parent Coaching is Here! Reduced rate 1:1 coaching (6 week minimum)

One-Time Virtual Consultation: 50 minute call is $160
6-week package (50 min per call): $130/50 min = $780

We offer sliding scale for families who have economic hardships.

Private Consultation Options:
- Two hours of in person consultation with parents, including
conversation summary and two quick follow-up emails. $350
- Observation and consultation including conversation summary
and two quick follow-up emails. $350. One hour observation of
parent-child interactions or of child in school environment, and one
hour consultation with parents. This method is preferred as parents and
clinician can usually learn the most from this direct
feedback/exchange. Must be back to back or additional fee will be
accrued. Most parents find this works best to schedule in the morning
before school and then make arrangements for someone else to take the
child to school. Between 8:00-5:00pm will be considered normal business
hours and additional fees will be accrued for weekends or evenings.
- Follow-up phone consultation- 50 min ($130)

Single: One-time in-home visit with follow up at $350/2hr in home plus $130 (follow up 50 min call) = $480

Package A: A package of 3 2hr in-home consults with 3 50 minute followup calls - 10% off for the package of three observations and three consults, normally $1440 (350 x 3 = 1050 + 130 x 3= 390) to total $1296 (discounted package rate).

Package B: 1 in-home 2hr consult (10% off) $315 + package of 6 calls (discounted to $130 each or $780) = $1095 total

Note that these prices are for consults within normal hours (M-F 8:30AM-5:30PM) . A 25% additional fee applies to any meetings outside of these times.

We provide consults outside of SF, but a travel fee applies.

Cancellation and Reschedule Notice: We are happy to reschedule with 48 hours notice. As other clients look to book our time slots, if we are unable to find a replacement for your time slot after that time, we will not be able to provide a refund if the cancellation falls outside of this window.
